Quilt Delivery

  • If you have a quilt that requires special handling, please contact Susan Bulay, RLBulay@yahoo.com, before entering your quilt.
  • Remove any tags or labels from other shows you may have entered.
  • Minimum 4” sleeve required except on items 15” x 15” or smaller.
  • Place each quilt in a separate flat cloth bag or pillowcase large enough to easily accommodate the quilt, marked with your name, address and phone number. Plastic bags will not be accepted.
  • Garments must be on a hanger, in a garment bag marked with your name, address and phone number.
  • Entries must be delivered ONLY on Saturday, July 23 between 10 a.m. & 1 p.m. to the location checked on your entry form.
  • If you are unable to pick up your quilt(s) at the Augusta Civic Center on Sunday, July 31, you are responsible to make arrangements to have it/them shipped back to you.

  • Gardiner (Mystic Maine Quilts, 287 Water St.)

  • Nobleboro (Maine-ly Sewing, 48 US Highway One)
  • Sanford (Sanford Sewing Machines, 1923 Main St.)
  • Windham (Calico Basket, 31 Page Rd.)

Shipped Quilts

  • Remove any tags or labels from other shows you may have entered.
  • Please remember –minimum 4” sleeve required except on items 15” x 15” or smaller.
  • Place each quilt in a separate flat cloth bag or pillowcase large enough to easily accommodate the quilt; mark the bag with your name, address and phone number.
  • Garments must be in a garment bag marked with your name, address and phone number.
  • Please include the following, placed in an envelope on top of your quilt(s), outside of the cloth bag(s):
    • Return address label and return postage (checks or money orders payable to Maine Quilts; no cash )
      or
    • Note indicating you will pick quilt up at close of show*.
    • If you don't have e-mail, a stamped, self-addressed postcard to receive confirmation that your quilt arrived.
  • Place cloth bag(s) with quilt(s) and return shipping materials inside a plastic bag labeled with your name, address and phone number.
  • Seal your quilt(s) well in a sturdy box. The same box will be used to return your quilt(s).
  • Ship quilts to Barbara Drucker, 20 Mackworth Ln, Cumberland Foreside, ME 04110 to arrive between July 11 and 16.
    All shipping costs are the responsibility of the entrant.

* If shipped quilt(s) will be picked up at close of show by you or someone you designate, receipt(s) must be obtained from Barbara Drucker at end of show on Sunday or send Barbara a SASE so receipt(s) can be mailed.
