"Classic Garden"

"Classic Garden" is a spectacular hand appliqued quilt with traditional flowers and wreaths in brilliant colors on a beige background. Members of The Classic Quilters of Lewiston-Auburn, Maine used, with permission, patterns from Jeana Kimball's books Red and Green: An Applique Tradition and Applique Borders: An Added Grace to create this beauty. Dianne Hodgkins of Bangor, Maine professionally machine quilted "Classic Garden."

Raffle tickets for this 84" x 108" quilt will distributed to chapters at the January Members’ Meeting and mailed to floaters in early February. Tickets can be purchased from any PTQG member or by contacting Ruth at 207.865.4740. The winner will be drawn at Maine Quilts on Sunday, August 1 at 3 p.m.
