Workshop registration is now open to everyone on a first come, first placed basis.

Before registering for any classes, please read the workshop registration information.

The workshop registration form is available as a PDF . You can complete the form on-line but must print, sign and mail it. You will need the free software, Adobe Reader to open the form.
