Join us at the May 5th Members' Meeting for this interesting and informative lecture. The Feathered Star is among the best loved and most prized designs in American patchwork. This lecture is a collection of slides and historical information collected by Marsha McCloskey, who has made the design her specialty. Her books on the subject include Feathered Star Quilts, Feathered Star Quilt Blocks I: Ten Favorite Le Moyne-Based Stars, and Feathered Star Quilt Blocks II: The Best of the Grid-Based Stars.
